Responsibilities:
Responsible for Marketing and Sales of Products / Contracts for SWG Products (LV, MV and C&R panels)
Key Results and Activities:
• Achieve Annual budget:
o Regular visit to customers/Projects and generate enquiries.
o Price negotiation/attend technical queries with the manufacturer.
o Direct Customer interaction from top to bottom level, for discussion & business meetings. Coordinating / preparing Proposals. Order / Contract closing.


• Business Development
o Identify opportunities for growth and Development of SWG
o Implementing Strategies and expanding customer base. Conducting seminars / presentations for customers
o Identification of new Product lines
o Should be having sense of loyalty and ownership of the task taken in hand
• Communication  
o Should be independently able to handle verbal and written communication with good command over English.
o Regular interaction with manufacturers / principals / internal and external customers
• Order / project execution
o Required Coordination for Project Execution
o Familiarization & knowledge of ERP.
o Payment / Credit lines follow ups.

• Presentations   Making and delivering technical presentations.Presentation/updating developmental activities to the manufacturer.

• Leadership   Should be having good leadership qualities to take initiatives and lead a possible team in future.
• Knowledgeable in ERP Basic Knowledge of using ERP
• Skillful in Computer usage with Excel and word programs   Good knowledge  
• Reporting Preparation of Management reports/ MIS
