We are seeking dedicated and passionate Trained Graduate Teachers to join our esteemed educational group in the UAE. The ideal candidates will have a strong academic background, exceptional teaching skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Subjects available include English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Economics, and Accountancy.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
· Assess Student Performance: Evaluate and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and other assessment tools, providing constructive feedback.
· Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior effectively.
· Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.
· Parent and Community Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and participate in school events and activities.
· Collaborate with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support student learning and school initiatives.
Qualifications
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area (English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Economics, or Accountancy) from a recognized institution. A teaching certification is preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in the subject area at the middle or high school level.
· Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in classroom management, and a passion for teaching and inspiring students.
· Cultural Competence: Experience working in a multicultural environment and ability to adapt to the educational landscape of the UAE.
