We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Post Graduate Teachers to join our prestigious educational group in the UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, fostering critical thinking and a love for learning. Subjects available include English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Economics, and Accountancy.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and Deliver Curriculum: Design and implement advanced lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum and educational standards, catering to the varied learning needs of students.
· Evaluate Student Performance: Assess and monitor student progress through rigorous evaluation methods, including exams, projects, and continuous assessments, providing detailed feedback.
· Mentorship and Guidance: Offer academic and career guidance to students, helping them achieve their educational and professional goals.
· Research and Development: Engage in educational research and stay updated with the latest advancements in your subject area to enhance teaching methodologies.
· Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and stimulating classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
· Professional Development: Participate in and contribute to professional development opportunities, both within and outside the organization.
· Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with fellow educators and administrative staff to support the overall educational objectives of the institution.
Qualifications
· Educational Background: Master’s degree or higher in the relevant subject area (English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Economics, or Accountancy) from a recognized institution.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the post-graduate or senior secondary level.
· Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in modern teaching techniques, and a strong commitment to student success.
· Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment and adapt to the educational landscape of the UAE.
· Preferred Qualifications
· Doctorate Degree: PhD or EdD in the relevant subject area.
· Certifications: Teaching certification from a recognized body (e.g., TESOL for English, etc.).
· Experience in UAE: Prior teaching experience in the UAE or familiarity with the UAE education system.
