Description:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager specializing in Equipment Parts to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth within the region. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience, with a degree in a related field. Prior work experience within the Gulf region is highly preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market dynamics and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Organizes, directs and manages the activities of all staff at the Parts Departments in order to achieve financial goals via making optimal use of all materials, funds and human resources
· Ensures that the parts business achieves target objectives by on-going examination of accounts, daily and weekly operating controls, system information, industry reports and public domain information and manufacturer's composite figures
Operational Efficiency and Productivity:
· Participates in preparing all operational regulations and procedures by ensuring that all operations deliver results in a smooth and timely manner
· Prepares and executes the Business Plans for the parts business by ensuring that these plans set operating and personnel costs and include forecasts of parts sales and management of direct costs
Work and maintain all operations within the ISO 9002 and HSE standards set by the company
Inventory Management:
· Contributes to the inventory process during the perpetual / annual stock check
· Monitors all the parts branches and body shops
Team Management/Employee Morale:
· Ensures that excellent internal working relations with colleagues, peers across company, providing assistance and support when required.
· Ensures motivating the team by providing the development opportunities and the facilities.
Requirements:
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience
· Minimum 6 to 8year’s experience within the automotive industry
Knowledge & Skills
· Supervisory skills
· Ability to manage under pressure
· Written and verbal communication in English Mandatory / Arabic Desirable
Proficient in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
