The Facilities Audit Engineer in the Properties Division is responsible for overseeing and evaluating the condition and performance of the company鈥檚 properties, ensuring they meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards. The role involves conducting regular audits, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating with various departments to maintain high standards of property management.

Key Responsibilities:
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to assess their condition, compliance with regulations, and adherence to safety standards. Identify areas for improvement in building maintenance, safety systems, and operational efficiency.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, including issues identified, recommended actions, and timelines for implementation. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Coordination and Communication: Work closely with the property management team, maintenance staff, and contractors to address identified issues. Communicate audit results and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Compliance and Standards: Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Project Management: Oversee the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitor the performance of maintenance contractors and service providers.
Qualifications:
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Professional certification in facility management or a related area is preferred.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, engineering, or a similar role.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
路 聽 聽 聽 聽 Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
