Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Gym Trainer to join our team. The Gym Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized fitness programs for employees, providing guidance on proper exercise techniques, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate the physical condition and fitness levels of employees.
• Develop and implement personalized exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Offer advice on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and general wellness.
• Conduct group fitness classes and workshops on various topics related to fitness and health.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym environment.
• Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Motivate and inspire employees to achieve their fitness goals.
Qualifications:
• Certification in Personal Training from a recognized institution (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Gym Trainer or Personal Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and groups.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience working in a corporate environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using fitness equipment and technology.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
