Job Summary:
As first in Command of the Company, the position shall lead and manage all strategic, operational and business aspects of the company, set overall strategic direction and.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee company operations to achieve production efficiency, quality, Service and cost-effective management/manufacturing practices.
• To develop actionable strategies, plans and policies to achieve the expected revenue, profitability and growth, as per expectations of the Board.
• Lead, motivate and develop high performing management team fostering culture of performance, accountability and teamwork.
• Drive and monitor performance of each business vertical through the Senior leadership team.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and growth by exploring potential business ventures
• Review financial performance of the company and take corrective actions.
• Create multiyear long term strategic plan for growth.
• Provide strong visionary leadership to executes Company’s mission and deliver desired results.

Qualifications:
• Engineering Graduate, preferably with management qualification.20 – 25 years in large reputed Automobile manufacturing company handling similar responsibility, as #1 or #2 in command.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance etc.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in manufacturing and general management.
• An entrepreneurial mind set with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of French desirable, though not mandatory.
