We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Manager - Human Resources to join our leading automotive group in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest HR trends, technologies, and AI applications to enhance our HR functions. This role involves supporting HR operations, driving strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring the effective utilization of advanced HR technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Operations: Support the daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Technology Integration: Implement and manage advanced HR technologies and AI solutions to streamline HR processes, enhance data analytics, and improve decision-making.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, utilizing AI-driven tools for candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection to ensure the hiring of top talent.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, leveraging technology to gather feedback, analyze employee sentiment, and improve workplace culture.
• Learning and Development: Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs, utilizing e-learning platforms and AI-based personalized learning tools.
• Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal processes, using digital platforms to track and analyze employee performance metrics.
• Data Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to generate insights on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key HR metrics, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• HR Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on innovation and the use of technology.
• Employee Relations: Address employee queries and issues, fostering a positive work environment and promoting effective communication across the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in utilizing HR technologies and AI applications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and AI-based HR tools; strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the application of AI in HR functions.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
