Description:
• Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target and carrying out prospecting calls
• Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s Logistics and Supply Chain services
• Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution
• Represent the firm in negotiating and building a relationship with shippers and carriers
• Responsible for aiding successful pick-up and delivering, and over the road assistance while customers’ freight moves across motorways
• Sourcing new Clients through commercial visits and field surveys and close sales to achieve the target.
• Generate appointments to generate new corporate agreements for logistics services
• Ensure commitment levels without compromising on quality and focus.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Requirements
• Any Graduate. Preference will be given to those having Higher Course / Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain.
• 3- 8 years of sales exposure in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry and work experience in a similar industry in the Bahrain /GCC market will be preferred.
• Good communication skills, Market Intelligence, Networking skills, Negotiation skills, etc.
• GCC Driving Licence will be preferred.
