We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Rent A Car company in Oman. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, fleet management, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent business acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive car leasing business growth and profitability.
• Lead and manage a team of department heads and staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee sales and marketing activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal.
• Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing the car rental industry.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the car rental industry, with at least 15 years of managerial experience. Preferred Age 40 to 45 yrs
• Previous Experience in an International Car rental Franchise is preferred.
• Strong understanding of car rental operations, including P&L, sales, marketing, fleet management, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Omani market and regulatory environment preferred.
