Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager - New Car Sales to join our dynamic team at a leading automotive group in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through the development of new markets, increasing customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. The candidate will also be responsible for managing sales documentation and ensuring smooth sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· New Market Development: Identify and develop opportunities in untapped markets to expand the customer base and increase sales of new cars.
· Generating Inquiries: Drive initiatives to create more customer inquiries through various marketing and sales strategies.
· Customer Relationship Management: Initiate, develop, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
· Sales Documentation: Manage the preparation and completion of all sales documents, including contracts, invoices, and other paperwork required for smooth transaction processing.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve sales targets.
· Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelors Degree in a relevant Field.
· Experience: At least 15 years of experience in new car sales, with a proven track record in sales management, new market development, and customer relationship management.
· Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive industry and market trends in Sharjah and the UAE.
· Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
· Documentation Skills: Proficiency in handling sales documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales performance and market data to drive business decisions.
· Strong knowledge of sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
