As the Divisional Finance Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in the organization, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, management, and governance. Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the organization's short-term and long-term objectives, fostering growth and sustainability.

·         Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

·         Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks while implementing robust risk management strategies and controls.

·         Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with international standards.

·         Capital Management: Optimize capital allocation, manage liquidity, and evaluate investment opportunities to enhance financial performance and shareholder value.

·         Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with local and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.

·         Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and debt financing to optimize the company's financial position and reduce costs.

·         Mergers and Acquisitions: Assess potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, providing financial due diligence and post-transaction integration expertise.

·         Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

·         Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial performance and strategies to the Board of Directors, executive team, investors, and external partners.

 

Qualifications:

·         Chartered Accountant.

·         A remarkable track record of over 15-25 years in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within the Automobile Industry.

·         Prior work Experience in GCC is Preferred.

·         Exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

·         Profound knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.

·         Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills.

·         Proficiency in financial software and systems.
