A leading automotive group in Oman is seeking an experienced Wholesale Parts Manager to oversee wholesale parts operations. The successful candidate will manage relationships with key stakeholders in the local market, including garages, workshops, and fleet customers, ensuring optimal parts sales and service delivery. This role demands a strong understanding of the automotive parts market and the ability to drive growth in wholesale parts distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage wholesale parts operations, focusing on local market distribution.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with garages, workshops, and fleet customers to maximize parts sales.
· Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand wholesale operations.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve wholesale parts sales targets.
· Monitor market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
· Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts.
· Oversee pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while ensuring profitability.
· Provide after-sales support and address any concerns or queries related to parts orders.
· Conduct regular market analysis and prepare detailed sales performance reports for senior management.
· Ensure all wholesale transactions are accurately documented and compliant with company policies.
· Train and develop the sales team to maintain high performance standards in the wholesale parts segment.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (automotive, business administration, etc.).
· At least 12+ years of experience in wholesale automotive parts management.
· Extensive knowledge of the local automotive market, including garages, workshops, and fleet customers.
· Proven ability to manage and grow wholesale parts operations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software.
· Preferred:
· Experience in handling large-scale automotive parts wholesale operations.
· Strong network within the local automotive repair and maintenance industry in Oman.
