The Branch Manager for Money Exchange is responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving business growth, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage a team, implement strategies to acquire and retain customers, and achieve the branch's financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Branch-Level Business Growth: Set and achieve branch sales targets, focusing on remittance and foreign exchange services.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue and enhance branch performance.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to achieve business goals.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations and Policies:
• Ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations, company policies, and anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
• Regularly update the team on compliance requirements and ensure all procedures are followed meticulously.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits to demonstrate compliance.
• Develop and Implement Customer Acquisition Strategies:

• Create and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies to grow the branch's client base.
• Identify target customer segments and develop tailored marketing initiatives to attract them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential high-value customers.
• Lead the Branch Team to Deliver Exceptional Service:

• Manage, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular coaching and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

• 10+ Years of total Experience in which at least 3+ years of experience in remittance, foreign exchange, or non-banking financial companies (NBFC) and minimum of 1 year in a managerial or leadership role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of remittance and foreign exchange operations.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in financial services, especially in money exchange.
