Description:

The Head of Sales for Retail and International Sales (Tire Division) will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, achieving revenue targets, and managing operations across retail and international markets. The ideal candidate will ensure sustainable growth, build strong customer relationships, and align sales efforts with the company’s vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both retail and international markets. Set clear performance goals and sales targets in line with business objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends in the tire industry. Evaluate competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Address customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Operational Management: Oversee sales operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals. Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation. International Sales: Drive business expansion into international markets, focusing on distribution and partnerships. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in target markets.
• Reporting and Analytics: Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: At least 15 years of progressive experience in sales within the tire industry, including international sales.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving ambitious sales goals.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the retail and international tire market dynamics.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Technology: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
