We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/Senior Manager - Property Division to lead and oversee all aspects of property management, sales, marketing, and building maintenance for a leading business group in Oman. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, optimize property utilization, and ensure exceptional tenant satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of facility management. This role requires a strong blend of strategic planning, operational expertise, and leadership skills to manage diverse property portfolios effectively.
Job Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning and Management: Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize asset value. Oversee property acquisition, development, and portfolio diversification.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties and attract high-value tenants. Lead efforts to achieve occupancy targets and increase revenue through effective sales initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Building Maintenance and Facility Management: Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulatory standards. Oversee maintenance schedules, vendor management, and quality control. Implement cost-effective maintenance practices to enhance tenant satisfaction and asset value.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Drive cost optimization and revenue generation through efficient property utilization.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of property professionals to achieve organizational goals. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and regulatory authorities. Represent the company in negotiations and contracts related to property management.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management, sales, and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing practices, sales strategies, and market trends in Oman.
• Proven track record in managing large property portfolios, achieving financial targets, and overseeing building maintenance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with a reputed business group in the GCC.
• Professional certifications in property, asset management, or marketing
