· Develop and implement sales strategies for the lighting division to achieve sales targets.
· Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with customers in both B2B and B2C segments.
· Manage and grow the existing customer base, including architects, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
· Provide product presentations, technical guidance, and lighting solutions tailored to customer needs.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to improve sales performance.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries, handling complaints, and ensuring timely product delivery.
· Support the sales team in closing deals, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports.
· Coordinate with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of lighting products.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or electrical products sector.
· Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
· Strong knowledge of lighting products and solutions.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Oman.
· Experience in the Middle Eastern market, especially in Oman.
· Knowledge of lighting design software is a plus
