We are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive/Senior Executive – Home Appliances Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be responsible for servicing home appliances such as laundry equipment, refrigerators, cookers, and TVs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Technical Expertise: Possess knowledge of home appliances including laundry equipment, refrigerators, cookers, and TVs. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components of HA/CE (Home Appliances/Consumer Electronics) products.
• Service Revenue Generation: Drive the generation of service revenue through effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve service goals and objectives.
• Communication and Problem Solving: Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and ensure high service standards.
• Documentation and Tools: Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
• Education: ITI Diploma or other technical graduations in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in servicing home appliances.
