Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CE Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair, installation, and maintenance of Consumer Electronics (CE) products, including TVs, AV equipment, small appliances, coffee machines, and more.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Repair & Installation: Perform repair and installation of CE products such as TVs, AV equipment, small appliances, and coffee machines.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components, circuit boards, and component-level fault diagnosis and repair of electric circuit boards.
• Independent & Team Work: Ability to work independently and within a team to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit good communication skills to explain technical issues to customers and team members effectively.
• Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair a wide range of CE products.
Qualifications:
• Education: ITI Diploma or other technical graduations in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of CE products.
• Skills: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment, strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and concisely.
