Description:

Responsibilities   • Manage accounts receivable (AR) and/or accounts payable (AP) transactions as directed by management.
• Support interim and year-end audit processes.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safekeeping of records.
• Coordinate with operations and third-party suppliers/customers for seamless daily operations.
• Meet all company deadlines.
• Facilitate and complete month-end and year-end processes.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist in documenting and monitoring internal audit controls.
Minimum Requirements • Experience in AP and AR related transactions at a reputed company.
• Should be able to deal with Internal and external Auditors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and third parties.
• Hands on experience in ERP systems or recognized accounting systems.
• Detail oriented, multi-task & ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• A reasonable exposure in MS Excel, Word etc.
Qualifications   • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from recognized university
• Globally recognized professional Qualification (Fully or Partly) such as ACA, ACCA ACMA or CMA, if available
