Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain activities to ensure efficient and effective storage, distribution, and transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize operations.
Manage inventory control, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, distribution, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Analyze and improve warehouse processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related activities.
Resolve any issues or complaints related to warehouse operations and logistics.
Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in standard logistics software and inventory management systems.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
