Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, particularly in commercial properties, with residential buildings and hotels being a plus. The successful candidate will be locally available in Qatar and have experience in the local market.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to potential tenant inquiries both in-person and via digital platforms.
• Show properties, answer questions, and finalize lease terms.
• Establish tenant expectations for security deposits, rent procedures, and amenities included in the lease.
• Prepare tenant background checks, including reference letters, rental history, and income verification.
• Properly execute lease terms and manage any issues with defaulting tenants.
• Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
• Evaluate clients' requirements and financial status to make personalized presentations.
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the property market status and upcoming availability.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their needs promptly.
• Collect rental payments and manage late fee enforcement.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
• BSc degree in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven working experience as a Leasing Consultant or similar role

• 2-3 years of experience as a real estate consultant, preferably in commercial properties.
• Experience in residential buildings and hotels is a plus.
• Must be locally available in Qatar and have experience in the local market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
• Proven track record of successful sales.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Basic understanding of MS Office.
• Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques.
