Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules and ensuring the seamless integration of finance and controlling processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP FICO, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a remote opportunity with optional office presence in Mysore and requires quarterly visits to Muscat, Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
• Analyze, design, and document business processes.
• Provide support for SAP FICO issues and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users and other SAP consultants to develop solutions.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the financial reporting system.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-9 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FICO solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to Muscat, Oman on a quarterly basis.
