We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Sales Executive to join our team in the office furniture and interior works sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, civil engineering, or architecture, combined with significant experience in office furniture and interior works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the office furniture and interior works sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in office furniture and interior works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong creative design skills and the ability to visualize and present concepts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
