We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead our Office Furniture and Interior Works division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business management, with a strong background in office furniture and interior works. The candidate should also possess GCC experience and a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Office Furniture and Interior Works division.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Oversee the design and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in the office furniture and interior works industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Extensive experience in the GCC region.
• Valid GCC driving license.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management and design software.
