We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our New Cars division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the New Cars sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Master's degree.

Experience in the GCC region.
Valid driving license of GCC. - Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
