We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Assistant Manager/Manager – International/Export Sales for our new car sales division in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing international export sales of our brand-new vehicles, ensuring strong relationships with international distributors, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Sales Strategy: Develop and implement international sales strategies to increase export sales of new vehicles, including market analysis, target identification, and pricing strategy.
  • Distributor/Partner Management: Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential international distributors, dealers, and partners.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance to ensure revenue targets and KPIs are met, reporting regularly to senior management.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new international markets for export opportunities, conducting market research to understand demand trends and competitor activity.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with international clients, ensuring terms and conditions align with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of international orders, from order placement to delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, and specifications to effectively communicate with clients and highlight product benefits.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with international export regulations, prepare and review necessary documentation (e.g., contracts, invoices, export documents).
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends, presenting them to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in international/export sales, preferably in the automotive industry (new car sales).
  • Strong understanding of export regulations, documentation, and international trade.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, French) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Knowledge of Dubai and Middle Eastern automotive markets is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in diverse geographic locations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and online sales platforms.
