The ideal candidate will hold an LLB degree and possess a minimum of three years of legal experience within Oman, demonstrating a strong understanding of Omani laws and legal procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Consultation: Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of matters, including corporate, commercial, and civil issues.

• Litigation Support: Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances, arbitration, and mediation sessions.

• Regulatory Compliance: Advise clients on compliance with local laws, industry regulations, and international standards.

• Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide informed legal opinions.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their legal needs and providing tailored solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of legal practice within Oman, demonstrating familiarity with Omani laws and legal procedures.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
