The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive in Vehicle Leasing and Car Rental will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational excellence for a leading automotive group in Oman. This position involves overseeing leasing and rental operations, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to ensure seamless execution of business objectives in a dynamic automotive market.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the leasing and rental portfolio.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability of leasing and rental operations.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of executives and support staff to achieve departmental goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in vehicle leasing, car rental, or a similar industry.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive market in Oman and GCC regulations.
