Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the tyre division.

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and inventory management to optimize sales and profitability.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective campaigns for tyre products.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in tyre sales or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of the automotive and tyre industry, including market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • GCC driving license is mandatory.
