Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the tyre division.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Oversee pricing, promotions, and inventory management to optimize sales and profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective campaigns for tyre products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in tyre sales or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the automotive and tyre industry, including market dynamics and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
GCC driving license is mandatory.
