Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team for the distribution of electrical products in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales operations, driving business growth, and maintaining relationships with key clients in the electrical product industry. The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Support the Sales Manager in managing day-to-day sales operations.
Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities in assigned categories (such as water pumps, light fittings, electric switches, ventilator fans, and communication/network cables).
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the market.
Assist in negotiating and closing sales agreements with clients.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the Bahrain market in the electrical product sector or a similar industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and business development.
Valid driving license for Bahrain.
Age: Not more than 35 years.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
