We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive sales in the electrical product sector in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry and possess strong sales skills to meet and exceed targets. The Senior Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales in the assigned categories (such as electrical components, fittings, and related products).
Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, including post-sales support.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the Bahrain market in the electrical product sector or similar industries.
Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Valid driving license for Bahrain.
Age: Not more than 32 years.
Graduate degree in any field.
