Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Strategy & Marketing Manager to join our leading automotive group in Oman. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in planning and executing brand campaigns, sales promotions, and digital marketing strategies. This role demands expertise in media planning, market research, and content development for both traditional and digital channels. The candidate should have a passion for driving brand growth and deep knowledge of automotive marketing, with a focus on delivering effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand & Sales Promotion Campaigns:
    Plan, execute, and oversee brand campaigns and sales promotion activities based on market requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targeted outcomes.

  • Media Planning & Scheduling:
    Lead media planning efforts, including selection of appropriate channels, timing, and frequency for campaign execution, to optimize brand visibility and sales results.

  • Market Research:
    Identify, prepare, and execute market research projects on a need basis, including competitor analysis, consumer trends, and feedback gathering to guide marketing decisions.

  • Digital & Social Media Marketing:
    Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including ideation and content planning. Collaborate with the advertising team to create engaging content for brand campaigns and sales promotions.

  • Online Strategy Development:
    Leverage tools like Google Analytics to track, measure, and analyze digital campaign performance. Use data-driven insights to plan and develop new online strategies tailored to the target audience.

  • Collaboration with Advertising & Creative Teams:
    Liaise with the advertising team to ensure the creation of high-quality content that aligns with the campaign brief, whether brand-focused or sales promotion-based.

  • Content Strategy:
    Oversee the development of digital content across all platforms, ensuring it reflects the brand's voice and appeals to the target audience, including developing strategies for paid, owned, and earned media.

  • Sales & Marketing Alignment:
    Ensure that marketing initiatives, including campaigns and promotions, align with the sales objectives and drive business results. Work closely with the sales team to execute programs that convert leads into customers.

  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, providing insights to senior management for continuous optimization.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:
    Graduates in any discipline with a management qualification (MBA or similar) preferred.

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive marketing or product strategy, including brand campaigns, sales promotions, and digital marketing.

  • Digital & Social Media Expertise:
    Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including ideation, content planning, and execution across digital platforms (social media, Google Analytics, etc.).

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    Ability to conduct in-depth market research and interpret data to shape strategy and decision-making processes.

  • Media Planning & Scheduling:
    Experience in media planning, identifying the right channels for different marketing initiatives, and effectively scheduling campaigns for optimal reach.

  • Analytical Skills:
    Ability to track, interpret, and act on marketing data, including digital analytics (Google Analytics, etc.), campaign KPIs, and customer insights.

  • Leadership & Communication Skills:
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (advertising, sales, and product teams) and manage external relationships with agencies and vendors.

  • Time Management & Multitasking:
    Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Desired Skills:
