Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager / Manager to lead and grow our Rent a Car and Vehicle Leasing operations in KSA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the KSA vehicle rental and leasing industry, with strong commercial acumen and operational expertise in both B2B and B2C environments. This role is key to driving business performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and optimizing fleet efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both corporate and retail segments.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Achieve and exceed monthly/annual revenue and utilization targets.
Fleet & Operations Management

Manage day-to-day operations across short-term rentals and long-term leasing.

Monitor fleet performance, vehicle utilization, and lifecycle planning.

Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams for timely vehicle availability and upkeep.
Customer Experience & Service Quality

Ensure best-in-class customer service throughout the rental and leasing cycle.

Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Incorporate customer feedback to improve offerings and processes.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead, train, and develop a team of rental and leasing professionals.

Set clear goals and KPIs; conduct regular performance reviews.

Reporting & Compliance

Generate detailed operational and financial reports for management.

Ensure full compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Logistics, or related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience in vehicle leasing/rental, with minimum 2 years in a managerial role.

Prior experience in the KSA market is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of the KSA automotive and leasing industry, including regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

Valid KSA driving license (preferred).
