Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Medical Officer/Doctor to lead clinical services at our Corporate Clinic in Oman. This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering high-quality primary and preventive healthcare to employees, ensuring occupational health compliance, and promoting wellness across the organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned medical professional with 15–20 years of clinical experience, preferably with an MD degree and licensed by the Ministry of Health (MOH), Oman.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for all employees.

Conduct routine health assessments, periodic medical check-ups, and screenings in accordance with MOH and corporate health standards.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records while ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection.

Develop, manage, and promote preventive health programs such as immunization drives, wellness initiatives, and health awareness campaigns.

Deliver emergency medical care onsite and coordinate referrals to specialized healthcare facilities when necessary.

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, corporate health protocols, and MOH requirements.

Liaise closely with HR and HSE departments to address workplace health issues, support incident management, and develop proactive employee wellness strategies.

Oversee clinic administration, including procurement, inventory management, and proper usage of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals.
Qualifications & Experience:

Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized university.

Valid license and registration with MOH, Oman.

15–20 years of clinical experience, ideally with exposure to occupational health, corporate clinics, or industrial medicine.

Strong expertise in general medicine, preventive care, and emergency response protocols.

Proficient in maintaining clinical documentation and familiarity with healthcare management systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Currently residing and practicing in Oman.

Fluent in English; working knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.

Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
