Description:
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for OEM and aftermarket parts across retail and wholesale channels to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the parts sales team to achieve individual and collective targets while maintaining high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, including fleet operators and workshops, to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
• Market Development: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to drive promotions, pricing strategies, and product availability.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report sales performance metrics, conduct sales forecasting, and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–20years of experience in automotive parts sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive parts (passenger and/or commercial vehicles).
• Prior experience in the GCC market, preferably Oman.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficient in sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with ERP/DMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Autoline).
• Market and customer insight, with a strategic sales mindset.
• Experience with multiple OEM brands (Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, etc.).
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Valid GCC driving license.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with Japanese, Korean, or European car brands.
• Knowledge of local market and logistics in Oman/GCC.
• Arabic language proficiency (optional but an advantage).
