Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations and associated documentation processes. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and job allocation to team members, coordinate with transporters, and oversee warehouse operations in both bonded/non-bonded and free zone areas. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the automobile (parts) industry and proficiency in logistics tools and systems, including MS Excel and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage end-to-end logistics operations including outbound supply chain activities.

  • Allocate tasks and provide direction to logistics team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

  • Handle warehouse operations including bonded, non-bonded, and free zone facilities.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all logistics and warehouse activities.

  • Generate MIS reports and analytics for periodic management review and performance evaluation.

  • Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements across logistics operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and finance for seamless supply chain flow.

  • Continuously monitor and optimize logistics processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE) or equivalent; additional certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is desirable.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of core logistics experience, preferably in the automobile parts industry.

  • Age Requirement: 28 to 32 years.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience in working within a computerized logistics environment.

  • Strong command over Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.

  • Exposure to SAP and other ERP systems is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
