Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Specialist to manage and enhance our Performance Management System (PMS), HRMS, and employee appraisal processes across a network of automotive dealerships. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR technology expertise and performance strategy insights to align employee performance with our sales, service, and operational goals.

 Key Responsibilities

Performance Management (PMS)

  • Implement and manage a performance management framework tailored to dealership operations (sales, service, technical, and support staff).

  • Facilitate goal-setting aligned with key dealership KPIs—sales targets, customer satisfaction, service turnaround time, and workshop productivity.

  • Coordinate and monitor appraisal cycles (monthly, quarterly, and annually) across all branches.

  • Support the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for underperformers and high-potential employees.

HRMS Administration

  • Oversee daily HRMS operations to ensure accurate employee records across multiple dealership locations.

  • Customize HRMS modules to support performance tracking, attendance, leave management, and incentive payout systems.

  • Liaise with HRMS vendors for configuration, upgrades, and support tailored to dealership-specific needs.

Appraisal Systems & Talent Reviews

  • Design and maintain a transparent and role-specific appraisal system (for showroom sales executives, service advisors, technicians, back-office staff, etc.).

  • Implement a structured rating and feedback system integrated with compensation, promotions, and recognition.

  • Generate department- and location-wise performance analytics to support leadership decisions.

HR & Business Alignment

  • Collaborate with branch heads and department managers to ensure performance metrics are measurable, achievable, and business-aligned.

  • Work with L&D teams to bridge performance gaps through targeted training programs.

  • Support and enhance reward and recognition initiatives to retain top performers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, including 3+ years in PMS/HRMS within a multi-location or sales-driven environment (automotive dealership experience is a strong advantage).

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as MAGNAR, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, Darwinbox, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of dealership performance metrics and business operations.

  • Excellent communication, data interpretation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with incentive-based performance systems.

  • Exposure to HR operations in automotive dealerships (OEM or dealer side).

  • Certifications in PMS frameworks or HR technology platforms.
