Description:
The Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations for mobile phones within the assigned IR channel. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and managing dealer relationships. Daily activities include stock allocation, promotion implementation, and competitor analysis, all aimed at driving sales and ensuring the success of the assigned dealers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by conducting daily visits to dealers, analyzing stock and sales positions, and allocating stock based on sales potential.
- Ensure product availability with an emphasis on new product placement, proper product display, and correct pricing.
- Implement promotional activities and schemes, collect market intelligence, and manage daily reporting.
- Oversee timely cash/cheque collection and deposit, communicate orders to billing clerks, and ensure sales order approval for credit customers.
- Track competitor activities, monitor pricing and promotions, and provide feedback/input on monthly promotional schemes.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate (required)
- Experience: 3-4 years in mobile phone/telecom sales
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to sales and payment collection.
