Description:

The Parts Supervisor oversees parts sales operations to drive profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role manages inventory control, supports vendor and principal coordination, and ensures smooth departmental workflows, providing technical support to staff and customers while upholding high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Profitability:

  • Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory to achieve profit targets.

  • Support vendor selection, pricing negotiations, and slow-moving stock analysis.

  • Assist in defining customer pricing parameters to ensure profitability and customer loyalty.

Principal Coordination:

  • Place and follow up on orders with principals.

  • Monitor backorders and communicate ETAs across departments.

  • Support stock order procedures and ensure accurate purchase accounting.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Support prompt service to internal and external customers.

  • Ensure timely flow of paperwork and quick parts turnaround.

  • Provide technical support to staff and customers.

Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Review storage layout and shipping/receiving processes for efficiency.

  • Assist in inventory reporting, documentation, and supplier invoice submissions.

Customer & Team Support:

  • Enforce customer service standards and assist in leadership during manager absences.

  • Promote collaboration and team morale.

  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance department performance.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 3–4 years in automotive parts sales.

Skills:

  • Market and product knowledge in automotive parts.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

  • English proficiency (Arabic is an advantage).
