Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP VSS Consultant to support clients in optimizing Vehicle Sales and Service operations. This role involves designing, implementing, and configuring SAP VSS solutions, with a strong focus on vehicle sales, service management, warranty handling, and dealer business processes within the automotive domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements related to vehicle sales and service processes.

  • Design and implement SAP VSS solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Configure the SAP VSS module and ensure integration with other relevant SAP modules.

  • Conduct workshops and gather functional requirements from stakeholders.

  • Perform system testing, including unit and integration testing.

  • Support end-user training and prepare comprehensive user documentation.

  • Assist in data migration and cutover planning.

  • Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

  • Stay updated on SAP VSS enhancements and automotive industry trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timeline expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in SAP VSS implementation and configuration.

  • Strong understanding of vehicle sales, service management, warranty handling, and dealer business processes.

  • Experience with integrating SAP VSS with other SAP logistics modules.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with business users, logistics teams, and IT departments.

  • SAP VSS certification or related experience is preferred.
