We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Lubricants to lead and expand our lubricant sales operations across Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lubricant sales, market development, and channel management within the automotive sector. The role involves driving sales growth, managing dealer and direct sales channels, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve lubricant sales targets across Oman.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive lubricants segment, including garages, workshops, fleet customers, and industrial clients.

  • Manage and expand the existing customer base while ensuring excellent customer service and support.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to develop effective sales plans.

  • Lead, guide, and support the sales team in achieving individual and team targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and sales campaigns for lubricant products.

  • Ensure proper credit management and collection of outstanding dues from customers.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.

  • Train and develop the sales team and dealers on product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in lubricant sales within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of lubricant products, applications, and the Oman/GCC market.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

  • Valid Oman/GCC driving license.
