Description:
The HVAC Service Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling the HVAC service section, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission while delivering high-quality service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of HVAC service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage service schedules, supervise technicians, coordinate maintenance and repair activities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Provide technical support, conduct training sessions, and evaluate technician performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline service operations, manage inventory and procurement of HVAC parts, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Lead the team to ensure all service work is completed efficiently, safely, and to industry standards.

Be accountable for the care, use, and proper return of workshop tools and equipment.

Follow procedures when carrying out warranty work and ensure all warranty parts are retained for the required period.

Perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, rebuilding jobs, and maintenance on customer and/or company-owned facilities when necessary.

Identify, control, and report unsafe, unhealthy, or hazardous working conditions in compliance with company policies.

Adhere to the Occupational Health & Safety and Environment committee’s responsibilities and authorities.

Comply with all company integrated management system (IMS) requirements.

Perform additional duties as may be reasonably and safely required to support operational needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in HVAC service management and leading technical teams.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.

Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
-
Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations related to HVAC operations.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Proficiency in MS Office and service management software is preferred.

Valid driver’s license preferred.
