Description:
We are seeking a technically proficient and client-focused IT Sales & Support Executive to handle the promotion, installation, and support of IT hardware, packaged software, and Managed Print Solutions (MPS). The ideal candidate will possess both technical hands-on experience and commercial acumen to engage clients and support post-sales operations effectively.
Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell IT products including PCs, laptops, printers, Microsoft Office software, and IT services.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.

Set up and support local area networks and ensure system connectivity and performance.

Deploy and support Managed Print Solutions (MPS) such as MYQ, PaperCut, and SafeQ (YSoft) in network environments.

Install and configure RICOH printers in managed print setups.

Provide post-sales technical support and client servicing.

Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Graduate in IT or Computer Science.

Age between 25–35 years.

4–6 years of relevant work experience in IT sales and technical support.

Proficiency in installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and software packages.

Hands-on experience in networking and system administration.

Familiarity with Managed Print Solutions such as MYQ, PaperCut, SafeQ, and RICOH printers.

Experience as an IT Administrator in a mid-sized organization is acceptable.

Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work well in a team and handle client interactions professionally
