Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead and manage skilled workers across steel fabrication projects. This hybrid role combines technical leadership, team coordination, recruitment support, and client interaction. The Supervisor will ensure efficient execution of fabrication tasks both on-site and, in the future, within a dedicated fabrication facility.

???? Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Marketing Support

  • Visit prospective clients to represent the company’s technical capabilities.

  • Present workforce strengths and execution expertise to instill client confidence.

 Worker Supervision & HR Coordination

  • Lead recruitment efforts by assessing and selecting qualified workers (welders, fitters, fabricators).

  • Monitor field worker performance and act as the main liaison for resolving site issues and coordinating job assignments.

  • Manage worker deployment and recall based on project timelines.

Project & Operations Management

  • Supervise fabrication and installation work, including fit-up, welding, piping, structural steel, and tank construction.

  • Ensure project delivery meets timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.

  • Plan daily tasks, manage mobilization/demobilization, and lead full project execution—especially for oil & gas platforms, pipelines, and structural/tank projects.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • In-depth understanding of fabrication and on-site procedures.

  • Capable of mentoring skilled workers and solving technical issues hands-on.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Candidates without an engineering degree must have:

  • Strong working knowledge of structural, piping, and tank fabrication.

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

  • Good English communication (spoken and written).

  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and basic computer operations.

  • A technical diploma or equivalent experience.
