Description:

The Work SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Controller is responsible for developing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures across various departments. This role ensures that operational activities are aligned with regulatory standards, quality requirements, and internal policies. The role requires strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain process consistency and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and update SOPs in coordination with department heads and subject matter experts.

  • Ensure all SOPs are compliant with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain a centralized and organized SOP documentation system with version control and access management.

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and identify process gaps or areas for improvement.

  • Train relevant staff on new or revised SOPs to ensure clear understanding and consistent application.

  • Monitor implementation of SOPs across departments and track adherence.

  • Facilitate SOP approval processes, including stakeholder coordination and final sign-offs.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing SOP documentation and compliance evidence.

  • Recommend improvements to streamline workflows and enhance process standardization.

  • Prepare and present reports on SOP compliance, updates, and implementation effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SOP management, process documentation, or quality control.

  • Strong understanding of process management, compliance, and operational workflows.

  • Proficient in documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Visio, or document management systems).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics) is a plus.
