We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Expeditor / Planning professional to coordinate and monitor the timely delivery of LV/MV switchgear panels and accessories for various client projects. This role involves close collaboration with procurement, production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure project schedules and contractual requirements are met with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:

  • Liaise with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of switchgear panels and accessories to client sites.

  • Monitor production and dispatch schedules, ensuring alignment with key project milestones such as FAT, inspection, and packing.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly Project Progress Reports and Manufacturing Progress Reports.

  • Track and maintain all project-specific documentation including FAT reports, MRBs, and delivery dockets.

  • Manage document submission schedules in line with the client’s documentation matrix.

• Expediting & Scheduling:

  • Follow up with the Supply Chain Team to ensure timely inward of materials required for panel manufacturing and testing.

  • Regularly update clients and EPC project teams on delivery schedules.

  • Upload documents to client web portals and ensure proper submission and record-keeping.

• Risk & Delay Management:

  • Raise early warning or delay notices to project management for any potential schedule deviations.

  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure final contractual delivery timelines are met.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a project expediting/planning role, ideally in a manufacturing or project-driven environment.

• Solid understanding of LV/MV switchgear manufacturing processes and project documentation practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and online document management/web portal platforms.

• Strong organizational, tracking, and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience working with major switchgear manufacturers, EPC contractors, or clients in the Oil & Gas sector.

• Background in document control, project expediting, or project management roles.
