Responsible for driving sales, collections, and customer engagement within an assigned interior route. This role involves daily market visits, order management, product promotion, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers to ensure target achievement and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits for sales, collections, and customer service

• Achieve sales and collection targets

• Take and process customer orders

• Coordinate with warehouse for dispatches and returns

• Ensure proper display of products at dealer outlets

• Gather and report market and competitor information

• Submit collection updates and forecasts

• Maintain documentation and follow company policies

• Support local marketing initiatives

• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical or related products

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and order management systems

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
