Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Expert with 10–12 years of hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, quality control, and seamless site execution. This role also includes training field teams and supporting infrastructure planning through technical drawings and load analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the installation and commissioning of EV charging stations across assigned regions.

Conduct technical feasibility studies, including load analysis, power availability, and site assessment for EV infrastructure deployment.

Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and layouts in coordination with design and civil teams.

Ensure compliance with national electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high installation standards.

Coordinate with utility companies, vendors, and contractors for timely project execution.

Train and mentor on-ground installation teams and technicians, ensuring they follow best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-commissioning.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of installation processes, test results, and commissioning reports.
Key Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.

10 to 12 years of relevant experience in EV charger or electrical infrastructure installation and commissioning.

Deep understanding of electrical load calculations, site planning, and power distribution systems.

Familiarity with EV charger types (AC & DC), communication protocols (OCPP), and integration with backend systems.

Hands-on experience with testing, commissioning tools, and safety procedures.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple project sites simultaneously.

Knowledge of local electrical regulations and liaison experience with DISCOMs is a plus.
Certified Electrical Supervisor License
