Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Monitoring (MIS) Executive to support business operations through dashboard monitoring, performance tracking, and timely alert generation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint, with exposure to Microsoft BI tools being an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor business performance dashboards and raise alerts for anomalies or underperformance.

Maintain and update MIS reports to track key metrics across departments.

Analyze trends and performance indicators to support business decisions.

Create and deliver regular PowerPoint presentations and reports for management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.

Provide support for ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

Strong skills in Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.

Exposure to Microsoft BI tools (e.g., Power BI, MS BI Suite) is an added advantage.
